Our Number One Priority
At Squan Furniture, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and has been for over 70 years. We guarantee that the merchandise you purchase will be in showroom condition at the time of delivery, or one of our service professionals will repair or replace it at our discretion. We warrant all merchandise against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of delivery. Should you have any questions concerning your delivered furniture, our customer service department is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and can be reached at 732-367-7878. We also offer extended furniture protection plans; any of our sales associates will be happy to provide you with additional details.
Delivery & Professional Assembly
We strive to keep sufficient inventories on hand for quick delivery; we can deliver in-stock merchandise within 3 days to Monmouth and Ocean counties. Custom orders generally can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. All furniture is priced for pick-up and can be picked up at our Lakewood warehouse Mondays through Saturdays. For an additional fee, we deliver to the entire state of New Jersey and parts of New York and Pennsylvania. Our delivery personnel will professionally assemble and set up your furniture wherever you like in your home and remove all packing materials.
Accepted Payment & Price Protection
Squan Furniture accepts all major credit cards as well as cash and personal checks for payment. We also offer no payment, no interest financing programs for your furniture purchase. At Squan Furniture, we strive to provide our customers with a vast selection of quality merchandise that is affordably priced. Should you see the same item you purchased from us advertised elsewhere at a lower total price within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund 110% of the difference. Simply show us proof of the lower price from any New Jersey furniture retailer.
